Parking: Free parking, in underground or outdoor garage. Not bookable and subject to availability. We always have space for our guests.
Tourist tax. It is equal to € 2.50 per person per day not included in the reservation. Payment at the end of the stay.
The à la carte Restaurant is a service at an extra cost. Always open for dinner. Closed Thursdays. We reserve the right to change the opening days and times of the restaurant.
Reservations with refundable rates: cancellation is free within 2 days (48 hours) before the date of your arrival. Beyond this period and/or in case of no show-early departure, the cost of 100% of the total stay will be maintained.
Cancellations are accepted only by the person who made the reservation and are acceptable in writing to our official email address or through the cancellation accessible through your online booking voucher. The reservation of the stay will become binding after our written confirmation by official email or after your reservation through our online booking site.
For the confirmation and guarantee of your reservation a credit card is required, on the credit card we reserve the right to make the pre-authorization before your arrival.
Payment methods: we accept payments in cash, Maestro card, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We reserve the right to change prices and offers at any time.

We are pleased to inform you that we have a specifically designated outside smoking area, and smoking is also permitted on the balcony of your room. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all other indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel.
Cancellation policies for reservations with a deposit (bank transfer) and/or for groups (for and beyond 3 rooms)are different from the cancellation policies with refundable rate and credit card as guarantee.
