Parking: free parking in the underground car park or outside in front of the Hotel, subject to availability. The parking spaces cannot be reserved, but there is always parking space for our guests.

eBIKE*: Travelling with ebike? That’s great! You can happily keep them in your garage and even charge them for free! * free service, subject to availability on site, not guaranteed.
eCAR*: With electric car charging points we declare our environmental sustainability even more!If you arrive with an electric car, you can gladly recharge it here in Tobago! Two charging stations are available in the parking lot outside, SILLA AC with up to 7kw, 32 amperes.*The service is chargeable and the cost varies depending on the recharge used, the price is variable according to the cost of the electricity trade. The service is provided exclusively upon your kindly request and our on-site availability, limited to a specific time and may not be available and/or guaranteed.
Tourist tax: It is equal to € 2.50 per person per day not included in the reservation. Payment at the end of the stay.
The Restaurant: service at extra cost, always open for dinner, rest days on Thursdays. We reserve the right to change the restaurant’s opening days and times. We kindly remind you that reservations at the restaurant are compulsory in advance, subject to your kind request and our availability. The restaurant’s opening hours and resting times may vary. The Snack Bar service – salads, sandwiches and more – is available daily at specific opening times.
Private Spa: The private spa is not included in your booking and\or in your offer, it is a service at an extra cost, subject to availability, with advance booking obligatory, before your arrival upon your kind request and our availability.
Cancellation policy
From 27 December 2024 until 05 January 2025 and from 17 April 2025 to 05 October 2025: cancellation is free within 5 days (120 hours) before the date of your arrival.Beyond this period and/or in case of no show-early departure, the cost of 100% of the total stay will be maintained.
For all other dates: cancellation is free within 2 days (48 hours) before the date of your arrival.Beyond this period and/or in case of no show-early departure, the cost of 100% of the total stay will be maintained.
In cases where the stay overlaps with dates subject to different cancellation policies, the policy requiring the longest notice will be enforced.
Please check at the time of booking the cancellation policies corresponding to the dates of your stay.

Cancellations are accepted only by the person who made the reservation and are acceptable in writing to our official email address or through the cancellation option available via our online booking voucher.
The reservation of the stay will become binding after our written confirmation by official email or after your reservation through our online booking site.
For the confirmation and guarantee of your reservation a credit card is required, on the credit card we reserve the right to make the pre-authorization before your arrival.
Payment methods: we accept payments in cash, Maestro card, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We reserve the right to change prices and offers at any time.
We cannot under any circumstances and for any period guarantee a specific price and/or the availability of offers and/or rooms.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to confirm a certain room or floor number.
Pets are not allowed.
The graphic representation of all products (pictures, technical data and descriptions etc.) is made for the sole purpose of illustrating the products and is purely indicative.
We are pleased to inform you that we have a specifically designated outside smoking area, and smoking is also permitted on the balcony of your room. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all other indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel.
Cancellation policies for reservations with a deposit (bank transfer) and/or for groups (for and beyond 3 rooms)are different from the cancellation policies with refundable rate and credit card as guarantee.
